Rhythmic "whirring" noise from engine bay

Heard it yesterday while idling in a basement and made a video. Can clearly hear it especially towards the end end of the clip, almost on the second. Maybe pulleys? It increases in frequency when revving up. Louder on the right than on the left (when standing in front of the car)

Just a thought. My other 7 also made funny noises on right hand side till it burnt out

Took a chance this morning and listened under the car and the sound does sound louder. Read online that heatshields might come loose and cause a similar noise. Will get the car over a pit this weekend and do some investigating.
