Rewarding lower emission car drivers

Just placed a 12 month tax disc in the window ( license disk) and noticed that Theres no charge , AT ALL, to drive this car on the road .
This is because of the lower emissions emitted from this 2.0d.

Now compared to my ///M3 it's costs £269 (about R4k) every 6 months to keep it on the road cos it emits lots of pollution.

Yup. Over here it's a massive bill added to the purchase price of the car.
