Hi where can i find a decent bmw repair shop in cape town ,have a 2007 320i e90 , seems to have a vanos prob , bmw fault code 2A83 DME vanos intake

Nope, I gather the E90 320i is either the N46B20, has both Vanos and Valvetronic, but not direct injection like the N43B20...
