Remote features 330i E93 not working

Hello guys . I am new here . I need some help....I bougjt a 2008 330i E93, some of the fob options such as side windows up/down are not working the roof open remotely DOES work but I cannot close it remotely . I tried all bottons by holding and the 2 and 3 times options with no luck...can you help ? Tks Paolo
