Rear axle, shaft and clutch upgrades

Are there local shops doing these upgrades? Before looking at imports, I've found what I am looking for but.. $ is kinda steep at this stage. Driveshaftshop, HPF and Spec are obvious options and proven. I enjoy supporting local shops but am always worried about quality testing.
