Good morning all, just a general request on behalf of all (or at least most) workshops:

If you have a booking, please show up.

We have a pre-paid booking system: we give a detailed quote and if you accept, we require the parts payment up-front to secure a booking for you. This helps us to plan the days better and ensures that customers are committed as well. It works really well, but on the odd occasion, people phone to pop in and then never show up...

Just a thought. :=):

Yep. all kinds of things can and do happen, but the least one can do is phone to reschedule or cancel if that is the case.
