Rave: Neil - Amucus Brokers

To say i have put Neil through the paces in the last few months is an understatement!

1. Claim for accident on the BMW (The Trailer Wheel incident)
This was stressful to say the least, yet Neil did not let go and assisted professionally and ethically. Up until 2 weeks ago this year, this claim was still unsettled. Neil pushed the insurer to make sure that i was assisted until i was satisfied. He even offered to pick me up from the repairers at my convenience.

2. I lost the keys for the Mini (Spare as well)
This was terrible, i didnt know what to do. Called Neil, he advised i am covered for the keys. He facilitated the pay out, made sure the car was towed and locks replaced and new keys supplied. R10 000 bill of which i was glad to pay R500. If you dont have Key Cover, its a good additional to have.

3. Adding and Removing insured items
Got a new phone and car, all it took was a couple emails and they are covered.
Sold the 330d, email sent with a removal date, cover removed.

Being happy with my broker is too little, i am ecstatic that Neil is my broker. I would recommend anyone who wants the best service, excellent premiums and the best cover to Neil within a heartbeat.

Well done Neil and Amucus. You guys have secured a lifetime customer.

I tried to use Neil for myself, however the pricing he came back with was a little heavy. I got better pricing from Quicksure.

Must say tho his service is great and he is a very helpful guy

Private brokers may be more expensive than telesure companies in some instances, but you will never get service comparable to a private broker from the telesure guys.

I have been with Neil form the beginning of the year he got together a competitively priced package for me and I now have track day insurance as well as insurance on my mods... it is very hard to find insurance for this I searched forever :rollsmile:
