Problems with 530D

Hi

Ive got a problem with a 530d. Ive replaced one faulty injector and had the other 5 tested and they all passed. My engine is still running rough though and when I plug the KTS diagnostic scan tool in it shows me that the injectors are slightly out of range. They were tested and found to be in good working order? Camshaft sensor also came up as an error but Im sure that would not contribute to the diagnosis of the injectors. Any ideas?

it might actually, the injectors are going according to boost pressure and cam and crank timing, unlike petrol cars we have no throttle body

so check it and check the maf/map sensor,not sure which one we have

Make sure your fuel pressure is up to spec.

The LPFP can also be at fault here and diagnostics won't tell you that.

yeah well just replaced the cps and no go so i suspect either a pump or some other pressure sensor, I can hear one pump don't know which one I'm hearing tho

Replace the low pressure fuel pump first.

I hope it's nothing more than that for your sake.
