A Friend is choosing between two cars.

> One has Professional Nav and no Adaptive lights
> The other has Adaptive led lights and no Nav at all.

The rest of the specs are similar
Harman Kardon, Auto tailgate, sunroof, electric seats, etc

Colour the Same too

What would you choose?

I'd go with option 1. Modern car lights can't be that bad that you have to have adaptive lights.

How much of night driving does he/she do?
The Pro nav screen is nice, can be used day or night

Go for the NAV. My car has adaptive LED headlights and have owned it since 2018 and I still have no clue what makes them so great vs xenons.

I think go for the ProNav, I have had adaptive and bending with High Beam Assist lights on my Merc and moved back to BMW with standard xenons without adaptive or high beam assist and no issues at all. I did get the ProNav on this car vs my Merc had the simple Mav with a smaller screen, the ProNav option is tons better!

Go Nav!

I would also take into consideration the overall condition of both cars, if they are still similar then I would take the pro nav (provided that it has at least xenons).

I really like my LED lights and I use the high beam assist on every long trip or whenever I can...I find it extremely useful. I personally won't buy a car without the high beam assist again and probably not without LED lights either. I don't have nav and have been just fine without it up till now. Recently I've felt the small 6.5" screen looks outdated so I'll be upgrading to a bigger android unit at roughly R8k. Not sure what it would cost to upgrade headlights from xenon to LED but I'm guessing more than R8k...and doubt you can retrofit high beam assist. So I'd go for the lights and high beam assist...but that's just me :)
