So Sunday afternoon on the way back from my wife's sister house I drove through this:
About 200 meters later all the tyre pressure sensor lights went on. Long story short, three tyres were close to recommended pressure but right rear tyre had zero pressure. Tried pumping it up but the air escapes between the tyre and the rim.
Looks like insurance is not going to cover anything. Hopefully I just need to replace the one tyre and wheel and there is no suspension damage. If all wheels are damaged then I will rather go aftermarket and non-run flat. Only BMW in South Africa to have stock of the Style 189 is in in Kimberley.
So anybody have one of these laying around Style 189 8.5x18 ET 37?
