Possibly buying a 2006 E90 323i Sportspack

Hi guys, total newbie here - hoping to join the Fanatics family soon.
I have my eye on a 2006 E90 323i Sportspack - just hit 100k on the clock. Stock standard - has the 17" run flats. Vehicle in immaculate nick.. drives like a dream (well from someone who previous drove Jap cars lol) looks the part too. dealer is asking R140K.
I'd like some opinions from the guys here on your thoughts on the car, pro's cons? anything known problems if any - or anything a newbie on this car should know about.

The price is a little bit too high . Mileage is great.

Great car, I drove one from 90000km till 170000km with no real problems.
Call BMW to check for any comments on the vehicle.
Check that all the numbers on the windows are the same and match the chassis number.

Overall it's a great car . IMO :thumbs:

its from a reputable BMW dealer in JHB - checked the comments on the vehicle - all clear
what was the maintenance cost / running costs on yours - as it got out of motorplan?
