Pixelating Screen - Help

Has anyone encountered this before?
I must have hit it with an object somehow and it started as a single pixel blot. It's has been spreading progressively for about 2 weeks now. Any ideas how I can stop it or doe it mean the end?

A good anti-virus should sort it...

...if not a set of tweezers and a blow torch might work.

had odd pixels going off on my laptop screen once..in the end the screen died cos I fiddled with it..:nonono:..rather leave it and replace when it goes or maybe it'l get to a point and stop..if you try pressing and fiddling you can crack the screen.

Mine is doing that too....if it gets really bad I'll have to replace the entire unit, there are some very good aftermarket units available, reverse cam and all....
