Scenario:

Your car next to (or within clear line of sight/close proximity :=): ) of its series model flagship.

e.g. a 3-Series, next to an ///M3, a 740d next to 760Li

-It does not have to be the same colour and have the same wheels etc, but must be of the same E- model designation: E46/E82

-If you already have the flagship model, then your car next to the next Series flagship in the hierarchy, ///M3 next to ///M5 or 650i next to 760Li of the same series years.

Clear enough?

I think I might have a loop hole for us. He said the E## number so weather it is a sedan or tourer e46 is e46 and e39 is e39

Yes whattingh is right, you can get a E46 series model ///M3 and still win Spy007.

As long as your car is from the same series designation, and you are next to the flagship model raise:
