have you tried these? I seen them at Midas for about R1200. Autostyle also has them.

These been a few archived threads on here but inconclusive.

Would you recommend them?

Dunno. Probably 12 months usually

I had a set. Good quality components and its a slim ballast

Honestly not sure if its worth the price premium over normal hid kits, also its an electrical component so it does not come with any guarantee as far as I know of

id rather pay for the cheap Chinese ones, atleast wen it goes pop its 400bux odd. Most people generally dont have a problem with them so I also can not justify the premium. Not on my 20+ year old car anyway.
