Parrot Blue Tooth

Hi All. JUst wanted to know if any one who has a Parrot Blue tooth installed in their BMW. I am quite pissed off with BMW's replacement parts. Their prices sucks. I am quite keen to get a Parrot Blue tooth installed in 2006 E90. If any one has any suggestions please let me know.

You Will need the UNIKA module if you want to control the Parrot from the steering controls. Check out their website for a few .pdf's explaining their setup. Here is the link to the install instuctions:

I don't know which model of the Parrot it is, but I've got it installed in my 135i and it works brilliantly! It works with the steering wheel controls and everything.

So i've been looking into the Parrot bluetooth kit for some time now, I think its great and pretty close to OEM, but then I found this while searching on google.
Its exactly like the OEM setup, it shows who's calling and stores phonebook entries all on the radio's display. Only thing though is I can't find anyone selling this here in SA, its an American site and it costs a bit more than the Parrot stuff... have a look here, they have it for all BMW series.... I so want this.

I have the Parrot system in my 135i too. It works perfectly. Seems like Parrot designed it with BMW's in mind.
