Hi guys.

Who can one complain to when the ombudsman has not responded to your complaint in 2 months?

I have an issue with the dealership I bought my car from for not honoring their end of the deal.

If the dealer is a BMW dealer, then post your issue on BMW's facebook and Twitter pages in a clear and concise manner. Make sure to # the dealership as well.

I did this with Audi a few years ago and all went well.

Happy with the car itself. They promised new rear Tyres upon collection but replaced the original Tyres with second hand Tyres with more tread, but low grip probably due to their age (2014), and plugs.

The Ombudsman is overloaded with complaints and since seeing they dont charge, you just have to wait. I'd say between 6-12 months. :dunnoanymore:
