Hey - anyone know where I can find this oil? Been buying from BMW but figure that I could probably get it cheaper elsewhere. Tried makro - no luck. Thanks

I haven't....just been using what has been recommended to me by BMW. But if you suggest something else I can consider it....

I personally use liqui moly and feel that it works extremely well, I noticed improved performance and less engine noise, I also noticed that the oil consumption towards the service due date as improved. i.e the car does not use allot of oil. When my car was serviced at the dealer I noticed that my oil gauge was almost close to the half way mark, with LM it hardly drops :thumbs:

I had a similar experience with my e90 323. If I am not mistaken the DSL and petrol variants use the same oil, I think its just the ///Ms that uses a different oil :thumbs:

I buy it straight from the Castrol suppliers
