Offsets, Guard Rolling and tyre sizes

Howzat! Planning on getting some new rims and wanted to know the following please.
The rim is 18x8.5 ET35 Front and 18x9.5 ET35 Rear. Would i need to roll my fender so as to it not rubbing? and what size tyres can i fit on them please?
