Can anyone refer to me to local suppliers that can sell me a good OBD Diagnostic tool that includes cable and software that works on a PC, or it could be a handheld device, or one that can work via Bluetooth on a cellphone.

This seems like a cost effective alternative.

Just be aware that it doesnt work on the iPhone - you will need a wifi obd device for an iPhone.
