No electrical power to the car

Hi Guys

My E90 330d is refusing to start or do anything. I got a new battery yesterday and when it does decide to start, the DTC, ABS warning lights switch on. Seems like the battery does'nt get charged. Any advice?

if its still under motor plan call them and tell them to fix it...
