hey guys,

well, today the egr got blocked off and cleaned, but must say it was pretty clean still raise:

then it as the swirlflaps turn, didn't struggle luckily, quick question though, the vacuum valve that opens and closes the swirlflaps, is it necesary to put it back or can I just block it off aswell? will post pics of the swirlflaps, followed the idea of putting a tight fit screw into the hole were the shaft was and I sealed it off with q-bond at the back.

Welcome to the forum, nice wheels. You'll need to do software anyway after the decat, so this should fix any auto issues also. You'll need to check with Burgy at Project Shift about this. PLEASE put downpipes on, not the half job of removing the cores, you won't regret it. :thumbs:
