New2016 X1 problem or not

Is there any problem about the smooth stop/ urgent break.

Mine have a problem like this when you try to smoothly stop the car, about 2-3 km per hour car stop itself like an urgent break, not an engine problem car literally stop and you feel so harsh. Its so odd. Is there any problem like it

You may have auto hold on. Do you have a parking brake button or lever?

Usually happens on autos when the door is opened at low speed. Should definitely not happen otherwise.
