Bought a X1 2015 from Auric Motors. Joined to find out why i am getting such bad after sales service from Eric Scoobles Auric Motors.

Viewed car with chip in windscreen, was told it will ber sorted out - what exactly is sorted out. sorted out means either replace or pressure inject via drill hole cyanoacrylate.

What a way to unpleasant experience buying a BMW in ZA..

I had exactly the same experience with a different salesman at auric.When questioned the sales manager he told me to bring the car in to look and he will give me free car wash.WTF since the moved on to other BMW dealers who want to deliver great service​
