New individual Bumper :)

Hey guys so i have finally fitted this bumper. I've always been crazy about the Individual E46 but never had the funds and right opportunity to buy one. Even though this bumper cost way more than i expected to pay, I think its worth it.
Now I just need to get spots for it, if anyone knows who has please PM me :)

Another thing, I had to put original springs back in the car as these wheels are too wide and it scrapped the archers even with a slight turn of a corner, and it was making a groove in the actual tyres :( It looked so nice though.
I wanted to know something though, what can one do to make the front a tad bit lower, as the front height really bugs me ( looks kuk IMO ).
Is it a good idea to cut the front springs a little bit? Or would you have to buy a complete new set of springs?

It is a very bad idea to cut the springs. :nonono:
Did you also change the cooling ducts and front lower fender liners?
I know where you can get a set of fog lights with covers. :) They are not OEM though, but still a very good replica.

Depending how much you need to remove, you could also consider removing a few mm off the bolt face. That would allow the wheel to sit more towards the shock
(provided you have space there)

I would not cut the spring. :nonono:

Welcome to the club.

Mine is on stock springs(non sport) and it looks perfectly fine. Maybe it's the tyre profile that makes your car look a bit higher.

Yeah that was kinda the last resort compared to compressing ( Ive heard thats even worse )
No i didnt change the ducts, or the fender liners, but I had to buy new bumper sliders because the face lift bumper and the individual bumper has a big difference, but it wasnt too pricey.

Ok cool, Send me a PM with prices etc. :D

All i want is 1-3cm lower.
How would one do that? ( Removing a few mm off the bolt face )

Lol, it sucks man, going from no gap to 4 fingers in front :(
I also have the stock non Sport springs, so I think it might be that.
What size wheels do you have on your car?

I got a set from Designa Ridez in Hercules, Pretoria last year July. I still haven't used them. They are still in the box. The two lights with covers. :fencelook:

They have clear lenses like the e46 M3 fog lights.

To be honest I actually prefer the fluted ones, but it's hard to find generics of those. I know G-drive sells the fluted ones, but they a bit pricey for pirate parts.
