Hi guys i am replacing my Flex Disc and center support bearing on my 2006 E90 320i and I am looking to replace the flex disc blots and nuts.

Any chance Goldwagen might have them available or should i go to the stealers for this (Cape Town) ?

Thanks in advance.

Really not necessary unless there is wear on them. Bmw are the only people that have them. But if there is no damage to them just clean them and apply locktite thread locker before torquing them down

Well update on this.

I went this morning and got under the car and to my surprise 1 of the bolts were completely sheared/snapped in half other one was missing a lock nut.

Then i decided to remove all of the bolts and nuts.
Inspected the Guibo and it still looks in good condition.

Went to Bolt It with a sample and after a discussion i decided to replace the old bolts and nuts with Allan cap bolts of same length but stronger grade 12.9 M10 x 1.5 and new lock nuts. See attached pic.
The old ones were grade 10.9 M10 x1.5.

Tightened everything back up and torqued it down.

Took the car for a test up to 120km/h and all was well, previously since i bought the car it had a vibration so i thought it was the propshaft but didnt have funds to buy a new one but now it seems to be remedied.

So when i finally got my @$$ in gear and tackled this issue.

I was very lucky just the thought of having to break down on a long journey would have been a pain in the but.

Now the durability test of this repair and will update.:fencelook:

Costed me R60 and some of my time.

Thanks all for all the input.

Ok last and final update on durability of this repair.....

I am happy to report that it is all ok since the repair.

Bolts and nuts are all there no vibration issues and it has been 1 year and 4 months.

This can be considered the last update on this issue for now.
