I have sat in an I3, The car is very very different from what we are all used to , cabin was much bigger then I expected it to be, rear seating is not bad at all and I would say that I found it to have a little more space at the back then my E46 , I loved the way the doors open up,Makes it really easy to get into. Interior materials , were also very different , the only thing that I wasn't happy with was the sort of recycled box type plant material that they use on the dash closest to the windscreen and doors, I found that to be really cheapy and If I had to purchase one of those I would want it sprayed or recovered in something. It just spoils the look of the car, Other then that , Everything else such as the nobs , switches etc in the interior seemed standard BMW to me, The seats were comfy albeit very very thin.

I was really happy with it. It does look a little odd, though the cars different in every way . It feels very futuristic though. When switched on , its absolutely silent. I mean its really really quiet , you don't hear a thing.

I really do suggest you see one of them in person. Its a very different type of car. It does need a bigger boot though, the Boot seemed to be about the same size as that of my brothers Mini cooper s , its really small. But then again this is a City car I was told.

I think if it wasn't for the R620 000 price tag , this car would sell really well. It would make a really nice run around car. I was even shown how the back wheels turn with the steering wheel ! Great for parking.
