Hey Guys.

Some of you already know I am looking for a manual 328i but I thought I should keep my options open and also look at a manual 325i incase I cant afford a good 328i.

So this is an appeal to you guys in cape town (close to bellville preferably) with a manual 328i or 325i (relatively stock please). Can I please test drive your car?

I would want to push the car a little as well as try it out in traffic so you must be comfortable with that. And to be fair the gearbox and engine must be in good nic, not bothered about the suspension feel.

Anybody Willing? :=):

Once you are done driving the others, you can give mine a go.

It is going to Zeemax for a re-tune as the running in is now done. Then you can compare the stock to a "slightly modded" one :rollsmile:

Give me a shout on Wednesday evening to arrange as I am going to be in JHB until then.

Stock 325i versus stock 328i ? My 325i has a 3.46 diff instead of 3.15 and 328i has stock 2.93 diff . 325i runs under 10 sec 0-100 , 328i runs about 8 sec . Both normal acceleration , not drop clutch at 4500 or so .325i maf stuffed !IMHO the 325i std is not bad , the 328i just has longer gears - 105 in 2nd , 155 in 3rd etc .
Do not write off 325i if in good nick , vanos motor is good , better than a 328i money pit . Good luck .
