NEED HELP diagnosing a weird noise

Morning all. My E36 325i started singing a strange song of late.
I've replaced alternator bearings and refurbished hydraulic tensioner bushes. Water pump and power steering pulleys both feel solid. There's no change in the noise if I switch the a/c on. And the sound dissappears as the car warms up. It's completelying gone once she's properly warm...20-30 mins driving. I'm sort of lost here now. It's and M50tuB25.
Thanks y'all.

Could it be the belts? To be honest they've been on the car since before I purchased it. I have her for about 2 years.

That whole front assembly is singing an Aria, so cheap fix is to pour some Q20 on the belts whilst they are rotating and hear if it quietens down.

I would propose that it is a combination of belts and pulleys.

Nice tune though almost sounds like it is supercharged :)

Solved...was item 15 in the diagram below. The top alternator mounting bolt goes through it,so when I removed that I put it one side with the bolt and didn't even check it.
