The end result is this:
Almost 200NM gain & 60-70kw on the wheels in certain areas of the graph. At 4000rpm, for example, it gains are 50kw on the wheels. The torque increase is so great that we couldn't dyno in 3rd gear anymore. Actually made more power in 3rd, but was wheelspinning on the rollers & we couldn't get an accurate torque reading. So we had to use 4th gear.
We still have some work to do to maintain the power up top. I'm still not happy with that. The peak gain is 30 wheel kw. Looks like the turbo may well be the restriction up at our elevation.
On the same day we dyno's 3 twin turbos. 2 stockers made 180kw on the wheels & close to 400NM. Our 335i with chip + downpipes made 258kw & 530NM (I'm sure he'll post tomorrow). The other twins made just on 500NM after being tuned. The single makes over 50NM more than any twin has ever made on this dyno. And on the road it runs pretty even with a modded twin.
