no man is there diff in the motors or is the there diff in the ecu as i understand the newer models make 180kw and mine make 160kw

There is no diff in the motor , no diff in the ecu either . There is one diff in the drivetrain :thumbs:

Nice Ride and congrats.

LCI vs Non LCI = different motors with different technology used.

Non LCI 160kw vs Non LCI 170kw = same motor , software updates.

A modded non LCI is still the business and puts its power down far better than the LCI version. Mapped non LCI with downpipe and software can easily make it a 190wkw car which is more than adequate to match its short rev range and associated torque.
