My next car

Hey guys, this is a very similar topic to one I had before, but I've been racking my brain over which car I want. And cannot come to a conclusion. The 2 cars will have the same impact on my budget. I like both a lot.

The options:
1) Black 2012 F20 125i M sport, with literally ALL the extras (M brakes, suspension, xenon's)... 53000kms (I assume still under motor plan)

2) White 2013 F30 320i M sport, with most of the extras (19" rims, M suspension (not M brakes) xenon's)... 99500km

What are your opinions? I'd love a 320d M sport the most, but sadly, just out of my budget.
Keep in mind I don't have a family (just my girlfriend and I) and the car will act as my daily driver. My budget is about R260k max. The F20 is 10k cheaper than the F30.

I was leaning more toward the 3 series, as I'm an engineering contractor and drive around a bit for commission, and meeting people.. felt a bit more "executive", but the f20 does just seem like the better deal, and more fun.

Perhaps you should then consider a F20/21 120d Msport rather

Do you really want an F30 out of motorplan as a daily?

#1 The value tanks immediately after the plan is expired
#2 Parts prices don't decrease as a result of #1
