My new Lady to give me troubles (and speeding fines)

So after a long look and much thought and sleepless nights and and and...

I have taken the plunge and got myself my lusted V8. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything that was matching my expectation of condition vs. price in the BMW stable so I settled for this absolutely stunning 2008 Audi RS4 in an unusual (for the RS4's anyway) Daytona Grey.

She has 144xxx on the clock, has a full service history at Audi and goes like the absolute clappers.

People have asked me how it compares to the M stable stuff I have owned/driven, and it doesn't compare. This is not because it is worse but because it is completely different.

A few snaps.

Congrats on the Purchase. the RS4 V8, it really is a beautiful car, and that exhaust tone is unique, and comes second to only the C63 in my humble opinion.

Enjoy the drive, and many many safe, and trouble free kilometers in her.

Thanks guys for the comments, really enjoying her.

Fuel consumption can actually be fairly decent, but give it horns and you can barely make it from one offramp to another :)

Congrats, it is an unusual color, most are in sprint blue.
The tone on these things are awesome and has a real beastly snarl.

I have always loved these! Epic car bud, many safe and happy miles with that fantastic beast. :clapper:

Bugger owned one for some time IIRC, so he should be able to assist if you have any questions about these cars.

Awesome freakin cars these!
Seats are to die for!😎

Carbon build up was a problem on these motors iirc, so a carbon clean should free some lost horses..

Very lovely car and it has aged well. It's very expensive to maintain so take care of her and she'll take care of you.

Yeah, my research has shown me that if I break her, she will break me :)

Lovely. That is my favorite colour for the RS4 as well.:coolShake:

Does yours still have its magnetic dampers, or have they been replaced with the popular Bilstein alternatives?

I have lusted after one of these for a long time. Its an awesome experience, and as you said...... No better/worse than something from the BMW stable, but completely different.

BTW - I have also lately been unfaithful to the BMW brand to satisfy my V8 cravings.
Everything does not begin and end with the roundel
