I am in the process of purchasing my first BMW and have a few questions.
About the car:
It is a 2010 1 Series 116 with 85000km on the clock and is going for R144 990.
Full service history and 100 000km/5year service is coming up in September.
The car doesn't have a scratch on it, inside or out.
I do about 10 000km/year.
My questions are simple:
Will the 5year/100 000km service destroy my wallet?
What do I need to look out for before finalizing the purchase?
What's the average running costs of a car like this, per annum?
Should I wait around for a better car to come around?
