A while back there was a huge "issue" on the e46fanatics website because of this very thing. The guy was messing his panties because he had not given VMR rights to use a picture of his car. :roflol:

I would be super stoked if they used a pic of my car. :thumbs:

nope thats not how it works... its the same as publishing a book... by posting the image up you have proof you had the image on that date... so if no one else can prove they had the image on a date before you the image is yours...

and its on a forum... so it would be very easy to message and ask... 90% of people would say yes :rollsmile: but going around stealing images for commercial gain is not how a company should behave...

Thanks, was actually browsing the site to check Jamal's car but it was removed for some reason so I went to check the BMW section and saw mine there.
