My Butler has Retired

After many years of handing me my seat belt my trusted drivers side butler (Somes) has finally retired, keeps dropping the belt, Some unknow reason the passenger side went on early retirement many years ago before I purchased the car and the mechanism seems to have been shut off...

I have seen the starch the seat belt and iron mod as well as the spring fix mod... However I am happy to reach over for the belt.

Is there anyway of switching off the drivers butler motor without stripping the door pad to disconnect the power harness.

Maybe like removal of a fuse or a software switch-off?

Unfortunately the guy that could switch of the butler motor without stripping the door pad has retired.
