My bonnet doesn't want to shut

Hi all,

Yesterday I stop and I put my car in neutral and there comes a rattle sound from my car. So I climb out and open the bonnet, but I can't seem to find the problem... probably have to take it in somewhere to sort this out. So I closed my bonnet but it doesn't want to lock. I open the bonnet and close but nothing. On my inspection it seems that the right (left one from the back) holding clip doesn't send back the little wire that keeps the bonnet down.

Maybe that was the rattle that you heard. Good luck with the fix Zling.

In the meantime, you will have to tape the bonnet closed with some ducttape or something.:mmm:

Thanks Jandre, luckily I did manage to get my bonnet closed without any duct taping it. I just took a flat screw driver and just get the holder back into position. But yeah, seems like I will have to replace the cable for opening my bonnet
