last week and tuesday on the N2 Borchards quarry bridge . The guy crested the rise I was going 80-90 and he hit me boom .His speedo stopped on 90km . The 7 sniffed once came to a sedate and classy standstill .
Spoke to him yesterday the audi is written off . `his 3rd party liability better pay or I see litigation in his future .......expensive litigation

Said he crested the hill and WE WERE STANDING STILL.Bullshit it was peak on the N2 in the fast lane for Gods sake . Think he was on auto pilot cruising not focused and when he realized the speed of the traffic ahead had slowed it was too late

He must have been hauling to not be able to slow down, or stop as he claims to have had to do. Tough for him that his car is a write off, but hope you get paid out for your car - probably fixable, but the rear end looks very crunched in and the rear wheel pushed forward, so some sort of structural damage I would think. Really sorry to see this!!
