Dear BMWFanatic member
1. Occasionally, the forum would review its policies, rules, leadership, staffing, membership growth, advertising, forum regional events and strategic opportunities. As part of this performance review we have decided to broaden the regional participation of our forum moderators to assist with the growing number of membership.
2. We hereby invite you to nominate a maximum of two members in your region/province which you would like to serve as a moderator. The nominations must meet the criteria below.
2. After the nomination process, each nominated person will be approached and asked if they accept the nomination.
3. Only members that have accepted the nominations will proceed to a regional voting pool.
4. Members will then be asked to vote for a certain number of moderators for their region/province and the ones with the highest votes and meeting the criteria below, will be put forward as the regional moderators.

6. Nominations will be open from 11 Feb 2014 untill 11.30 on 14 Feb 2014. Late nominations will not be accepted.

Experienced active members (not join date)
Impartial members
Approachable members
Members with good track records
Female representation
Regional representation
No advertisers
Minimum of 8 new mods
Maximum two nominations per person
Previous Moderators/Admins will not be considered
