A couple of weeks ago, before Giz fitted my xenons, I was scouting around for a pair. While I did not find one, I did come across some "leftover" clear indicater globes in a f&^Ked up E65 headlamp housing.

Anyway, while I have clear side indicaters, it's easy to spot the orange globes, so anyway, here's a comparison between the original E46 globe and the E65 globe:

Fitted right one only to compare:

Both sides done:

I think it's a small but worthwhile improvement.

Lovely... I dont like the orange. Your clear looks hundred times better... When the indicator flickers is the clear very noticable when you look at it from the back/ side?

I tried the indicaters/hazards when one side was in only, as I was concerned about the light colour. The orange light output from the new globe was almost identical to the old one.

trry and get Osram diadem or phillips silver vision bulbs

from what i read the osrams have a blueish tinge, but lights up orange ofcourse

Any shops around that stock these bulbs? Tried a few years back to buy some bulbs directly from Osram but they refused unless I bought like 1000+ and since I was trying to buy D2s Xenarc-Cool Blue Intense bulbs that would have been crazy.
