Mini One?

Just received an e-mail from my local Mini dealer, offering a Mini One. The Mini site doesn't seem to list it...yet.
Is this a "base model" Mini?

Yep, it's the entry level MINI.

The MINI One is an entry level MINI.

Starting at R195 000 for the standard model the differences between this and the standard Cooper are:

- Black Mirror Caps and boot cover
- Roof only available in body colour
- Standard Steering Wheel (No multi function)
- Basic Sound system (No MP3)
- Hub Caps in Anthracite
- Front slats in black
- 74kw motor

Still an epic little car, if anyone is interested in one gimme a shout, can hook you up with an awesome sales lady who is nationwide.

Micheal, hi again fisrtly, long time no speak.

and even with 74 kw, the motor is not weak. You won't winn any supercars but the fun thing is you can have your right foot planted just about everywhere and it will just keep on going.

I must say, I can't notice any difference between the cooper and one engine. The mini one still has the 6 speed so its a great little motor.
