Can anybody try and point me in the right direction,we had an accident in my wife's mini countryman on the 1 may whilst on holiday.insurance arranged a car hire car which expires in 20 days from time of hire.the insurance company towed the car to the nearest approved dealer.they quoted R100 000 but did not want to do the job as it was to far from our home,so insurance then towed the car to CT.the car got a 2nd quote R160 000 which the insurers approved.i have now been waiting since then for parts,I am told that there is a 800 container back log out of germany,also that they have change operating systems etc so they can't track the parts etc...Mini customer service is non existent and just useless.the insurance have taken their car back and the dealer has now registered a new car for us to use in the mean time.i really just want our car back that's all,anyways I asked the dealer to give me a trade value.....it took 2 weeks and I kid you not,I received the mother and father of all F.@k off prices.remember this is a BMW approved repair centre and a BMW dealer I am dealing with,the price shows me that they are not even confident of their work,
