Mini Cooper S Carbon Cleaned

We had one of the problem Mini's in our Pietermaritzburg branch. Came in with the common Super Knock issue that seems to have no solution.
Car is on 39,000km so you can imagine the customers frustration. The build up we found was excessive and to date its the worst affected car we have worked on when taking the low mileage into consideration.
After the clean the customer is smiling ear to ear and the fault has cleared. Very proud of the work they have done. The photos are not great but its a nightmare to get into the back for pictures. Next time we going to use a mirror :flyfun:

If I knew about this, I would never have purchased a Mini two years ago. Now I sit with apparently R30 000 to R50 000 damage. Mini SA is aware that this is a problem and willfully avoid telling people about it.
