Mini cooper s 2006 low revs

Hi guys my wifes mini cooper is not picking up any revs above 2000 rpm. We have tried to do diagnostics and the car is not picking up on any computer. Please im am lost and not sure what to do or where to go.:blueCry:

That is odd. What did you use for diagnostics?

There should at least be some error somewhere.

Anyway, spark and fuel would be a good place to start. Does it idle rough?

Where are you located? There are many places that could help, but running proper diagnostics would be essential.

Thanks carbon ....the diagnostics is not even picking up the car anymore, nothing im in joburg. It does not idle rough.. it even drives but does not go past 2000 revs....it is the weirdest thing. Tried more then one
diagnostic machine...
