how to fix manual seats bolsters that's are not working, e90 320d 2010.

would like to know if its DIY job, a quick fix or I have to take somewhere, it doesn't inflate or deflate anymore.

No one online is going to know what the problem is without looking at it. You should take it in.

Does it do absolutely nothing when you press the button. Ie no noises or anything? Just silence?

nothing, no sound or anything, it nicely hugs my back sides but for a person that's a bit bigger its not so comfortable, so its no big people allowed in front seats.

Sounds like a switch or electrical short , or at worst the pump isnt working anymore , Its best to take it into someone who knows how to work on these type of seats .
Seat needs to be disassembled as well to find the source of the problem , Check the wires under the seats , see if anything is loose or not plugged in or attached anywhere?
