Sometimes we question whether we bought the right car, have I spent all this cash on the right thing, all this time and effort fixing up. is it really a legend and so on.....

When I saw this on the last page of car magazine's "Shootout hall of fame" Jan 2012

Makes it all worthwhile to know the effort is going on a car that's worth it in the eyes of motoring journos.

Rick I think any financial advisor would have people riding around in toyota yourass or some similar soulless vehicle , so having a car with a soul will always be a drain on your time and finances . The ammount of pleasure you get from the car will deermine your feeling of success . Good luck with the M5 , yes it may find a good home , but not a more caring owner than it presently has .

Not that far back on my side - I think my collection starts from somewhere '95 or so, maybe '94. But pretty much every issue give or take a few maybe from '96 until present! Also have some TopCar mags from late '90's - early 2000's...
