M52 block with M54Head

As the heading states,

Ok so i need some advice

I guy has a 1999 M52 320i double vanos.


He is interested in buying my M54B25 head for his car

His VIN is NB57295 and checking the Head which is compatible, it shows the M54 320i..

Since the M54B20 will work on his car, Would my 325i M54 head bolt straight on?? will it work??

Any advice would be appreciated

It is a TU yes..

I was told the Cams are diff on 325i compared to 320i. vavles my not clear the piston..
Im not tempted to just try..... LMAO

haha i would do it & just check to make sure..i doubt they'll need pocketing
