Hey guys, so decided to go with a e90 320d lci as I got a really good deal on it.
But was wondering if the wheels I have will fit on the car.
They are 17" m5 reps with 235x45x17 tyres on. The offset is quite low, im not sure exactly what it is, ill have a look when I get home. But my main concern is will they fit on the car, as they come with these 16" wheels which are toilet!! Will be really unfortunate if they dont.

Hahah. No they not original m5 wheels, they are thw replicas.
Well when I had the drop kit on they pretty much touched, but when I took it off they didnt touch, they just stood out quite alot. Are the e90's fenders not wider than the e46?
I really hope they will fit.

Lol @dino, I wish man but im already empty pocket from this car, I have had them advertised for a long time but no buyers and as usual people just drop you. So I thought if they fit on this car I would be happy because they look awesome and have a nice wide look when they are fitted.
Who can I ask to get a definite answer? Lol

Any input is much appreciated

Took a few photo's quickly of the offset and inside of the wheel.

Here is a picture of how it looks with standard springs in.

Will this fit and cause no problems on the E90? :fencelook:

nope as the diameter hole and lip for center hub varies between 5 series VS 3 series

All BM's use a 5/120 pcd (except std e30..4/100), all except the e39 use the same centre bore. However e39 wheels can be fitted with a 1mm spigot ring to allow proper fitment to the other models.

The et of those reps is 20mm, not sure what your new car is. But the lower the number eg 20 the further out the wheel will sit, as against say a 38et wheel which would then sit 18mm further inside the wheel arch. This is assuming that the wheels being trail fitted are the same width eg 8j ( 8 inch).

Cheers

Thanks for the reply zulu.

Did some research and got this:
3 Series E90/91/92/93 = PCD 5x120, Centre bore 72.5mm and M12x1.5 bolt thread. ET 30-45

I spoke to some people last week to see if the wheels would fit, and they said technically they will fit but advised not to, because it will sit outside the fender arch (Which i dont mind cause it doesnt look to bad), and if I had to hit a bump it can cut the tyre.
But is it worth it??

Im struggling to sell these wheels, and i dont have an extra R8000-R9000 lying around for new wheels.
