Chip Logic has Achieved the Record for the V8 M3, the manual M3 ran a 12.3sec and the DCT has ran a 12.4sec,
CHIP LOGIC now holds all the Records for M Series vehicles:joy:
Should have been the other way around. But I guess in time this will happen & they will just go faster. Next C63 will be 5.5L twin turbo, next M3 I hear is going for the same engine 4.4L twin turbo twin-scrool so Merc will still have an advantage but also depends on many factors like size of turbo's & comp ratio's. These will be 10 second cars within a year. Can't wait......

It depends on the drivers hey, both drivers are still getting use to 1/4mile racing, the manual should come down lower 12 and the DCT will go 11s once the drivers perfect their cars...
i wouldnt be too certain about that, BMW makes mean Aspirated Powered Vehicles and they make Monsterous Forced Induced Vehicles, so lets wait and see, M with turbo will be a Machine of note!
very cool pix...and congrats again :thumbs::joy::joy: And by the way my 120d needs a chiplogic software update...the ///Ms are creeping up on me...:=):
You are right twinz, nice pics, the diesels are the best coz of their torque, you should get the software while it is at R3000, im sure if you ask for a discount, they will do it at R2500
