M3 v Toyota Prius

Just watched an episode of Top Gear were the fuel economy of the Prius was compared to that of an e90 M3. Prius travelled at max around the track and M just followed. Prius did 17 mpg and M did 19- so I you want to save fuel, but an M3

Thing is, the Pruis is really not that economical compared to other simpler cars, just like Top Gear putting it to shame like this... :rollsmile:
