M3 seats

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know where i could get my hands on a set of these for my e36 motorsport? and how much will it BMW(Bend My Wallet) :mmm: my drivers seat has 2 tears along the side support and the passenger seat is starting to show cracks. what would be a fair price or should i re-cover the existing seats?

Those are Vader seats...came with the e36 German spec M3
I know someone who has a full set...last time i asked he was wanting 10k for them

If it was me i would recover the seats, it may be way cheaper than buy a second hand set.

Id say re-cover your old ones, these are rare and expensive to buy but if you got the dosh why not? :dunno:

get them recovered - there are some great guys out there, I will try find out the details of the Guys here in Edenvale who did my wifes Polo...the work is fantastic and you can custom the seats - and its loads cheaper.
The leather they use is very good quality.

yep- they from the German spec- 10k is the going price for a fair set.
your best bet if you really keen to get a set, is to try buy a set out from somebody who is selling the complete car- if its in bad condition, the guy might sell the seats separate.
you can import them.
there are a few on E-bay, and they seem to be a regular item for sale overseas, anywhere from $600- to $2000-
just not sure what the duties and tax's will set you back.

but even if you pay 10k for a set, there is a good chance you will have to recover them.
